What exactly do I get when I buy HALO?

You get the full HALO: Melodic House Suite, including:

  • Serum 2 presets (basses, keys, leads, pads, plucks, textures)
  • Organic one-shots & loops (synths, atmospheres, ear candy)
  • MIDI files for chords, basslines & hooks
  • A consistent sound palette so your tracks feel like a cohesive world, not a random preset collection.

All files are delivered as .serumpreset (Serum), .wav (44.1 kHz / 24 bit) and .mid.

Which DAWs and plugins do I need?

You can use the samples and MIDI in any DAW, including but not limited to:

Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Bitwig, Studio One, Reason, Reaper, etc.

For the presets you’ll need:

  • Xfer Serum 2.0.22 or higher (for HALO: Genesis)

If you don’t own Serum, you can still use all samples + MIDI in any DAW.

Is everything really royalty-free?

Yes. Once you purchase HALO, you can use the sounds in:

  • Your own releases (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • YouTube / TikTok / social content
  • Beat sales, client work, ghost productions


You can’t:

  • Resell or redistribute the samples/presets as your own pack
  • Upload the raw sounds to “sample libraries” or preset marketplaces

As long as you’re using the sounds in your music, you’re good.

I’m not a pro producer yet. Is HALO still useful?

Absolutely. HALO is designed so you can:

  • Drag & drop presets and immediately sound more “pro”
  • Study the MIDI + sound design to understand why things work
  • Build full tracks faster instead of getting stuck on basic sounds

What is your refund policy? 

Because this is a digital product that you can download instantly, I’m generally not able to offer refunds once the files have been delivered.

That said, I stand behind HALO 100%.
If you experience technical issues, corrupted files or you feel something is genuinely wrong with the pack, reach out to me within 14 days of purchase and I’ll do everything I can to fix it or find a fair solution together.
