RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

According to applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

All products sold by Living Electronics are digital products (sample packs, presets, MIDI files) that are made available for immediate download after purchase. By completing your purchase and downloading the product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

Therefore, no refunds or exchanges are possible after you have accessed or downloaded the digital product.
